How to Book a Table

Reserve your table in 3 easy steps. A small deposit may be required to confirm your booking.

Choose your date, time & party size

Go to our website and scroll down to the "Book a Table" section. Pick your preferred date using the calendar. Then select how many guests (1-9+). Available time slots will appear — green means available, orange means only a few spots left.

Pick a table (optional)

After choosing a time, you'll see the available tables. Each table shows the name, number of seats, and location (indoor, window, or terrace). Click one to select it, or leave it empty and we'll assign the best table for you.

Fill in your details

Click "Continue" and enter your name, email, and phone number. You can also mention a special occasion (birthday, anniversary) and any dietary requirements or special requests.

Accept the privacy policy

Tick the box to confirm you agree to our privacy policy. This is required before you can complete your booking.

Pay the deposit (if required)

If a deposit is configured, you'll see the amount displayed (e.g. €5.00 per guest). Click "Pay Deposit & Book" — you'll be taken to a secure payment page (Mollie) where you can pay with Bancontact, credit card, or other methods. The deposit is deducted from your final bill when you visit.

Receive your confirmation

After booking (or after payment), you'll see a confirmation screen with your reference code (e.g. LE-ABC123). A confirmation email will also be sent. Keep this code — you can use it to look up your reservation.

💡 Tip: If you need to cancel, contact us at Info@little-ethiopia.be with your reference code.

How to Buy Event Tickets

Purchase tickets for our live music, cultural events, and special dining experiences.

Browse upcoming events

Scroll to the "Events" section on our website. You'll see cards for each upcoming event showing the date, title, description, and starting price. A badge shows availability — green (Available), orange (Few Left), or red (Sold Out).

Click "Get Tickets"

Click the "Get Tickets" button on the event you want to attend. A popup will appear with ticket options.

Choose your ticket type and quantity

Select your ticket type (e.g. General, Dinner & Show, VIP). Each type shows the price and what's included. Use the + and - buttons to choose how many tickets you want (maximum 10).

Enter your details

Fill in your name and email address (required). Phone number is optional. Tick the privacy policy checkbox.

Complete payment

Click "Purchase Tickets". You'll be redirected to a secure payment page (Mollie) where you can pay with Bancontact, credit card, iDEAL, or other methods.

Receive your e-tickets

After payment, you'll see a confirmation page with your confirmation code (e.g. LE-EVT-ABC123). An email with your tickets will also be sent. Present this code or the QR code at the door on the day of the event.

💡 Note: Event tickets for a specific date are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal under Belgian consumer law (Art. VI.53, 12° WER). Please check the event details carefully before purchasing.

How to View the Menu

Browse our full menu with categories, descriptions, and prices.

Go to the Menu section

On our website, scroll down or click "Menu" in the navigation bar at the top.

Browse by category

Click the category tabs to switch between: Hot Starters, Cold Starters, Mixed Starters, Main Dishes, Combo Dishes, and Kids Menu. Each dish shows the name, price, and a description.

🌿 Allergens: If you have allergies or dietary requirements, please mention them when booking or ask our staff when you arrive. We're happy to help.

How to Find Us

We're located in the heart of Antwerp, near Sint-Pauluskerk.

How to Book Catering

Bring authentic Ethiopian cuisine to your event, party, or corporate gathering.

Check our catering packages

Scroll to the "Catering" section to see our offering: a combination of 10 dishes (6 meat + 4 vegetarian) served on traditional injera. Pricing starts at €22 per person (20-49 guests) or €18 per person (50+ guests).

Admin Dashboard

The admin dashboard is for restaurant staff to manage reservations, events, and more.

Log in to the admin panel

Go to app.abyssinia.sokosuite.com and sign in with your admin email and password.

Manage reservations

Click "Reservations" in the sidebar to see all bookings. You can filter by date, status, or search by guest name. Click a reservation to see full details, mark it as completed, or flag a no-show.

Manage events & tickets

Click "Events" to create new events, add ticket types (General, VIP, etc.), publish events, and view ticket sales. Click an event row to edit details or manage ticket types.

Configure tables & time slots

In the Reservations section, use the time slot and table management features to set up your restaurant's capacity, define tables (with seats and location), and block dates when the restaurant is closed.

GDPR tools

Click "GDPR" in the sidebar to search for a customer by email. You can export all their data as JSON or erase their personal information if they request it.

Settings

Click "Settings" to configure the app name, timezone, currency, reservation deposit amount, and business contact information.
